We are pleased to introduce ourselves as the SKYWIN ENGINEERS, which grew from a small machine shop established in 2003-04 with concentration in manufacturing of Cement & Paper plant Equipments and fabrication, Bending, Machining job work, into a multi-functional group of companies expanding it’s manufacturing range to a wide verity of core heavy duty industrial equipment such as ball mills, vertical shaft and rotary kilns, paper plant.

We undertake our production activities located in an around (India) and spread into self sufficient manufacturing units sufficient area comprises of a dedicated and talented team of over 15 skilled personnel.

To match competitive required of the international markets latest up gradations and equipment advancements are incorporated in the design. A close watch on the international advancements is kept so as to be in tune with the absolute latest specification computerized design software, with newest version, such as AutoCAD are used for all drawing including equipment drawings, general arrangements and layouts, civil drawings, process flow sheets etc.

And this achieves proper turnkey project management. Our company offers a self-sufficient skilled and experienced personnel who are responsible for putting our machines into operation and handling a running plants key to the customer.

In-house Fabrication, Bending, Machining Facility Fabrication :  We have well equipped workshop having 20MT single job lifting with chain pulley block, and Ultrasonic, X-ray quality welding machine, Arc Welding rectifier – 05 No. Machining Facility : We have 20’ long 30” Center lathe, 16’ long 24” Center lathe machine, X-ray welding machine, Radial drill machine up to 40 mm capacity, Hexo machine, shapping machine, Measuring instruments etc. Bending Capacity : Bending machine available with us which can be up to 75mm plate 4200 mm width & another one which can bend 50mm plate 4200mm width. Hydraulic Press : We have 1000 M.T. Capacity hydraulic press in our workshop for pre-punching work, Dishend work etc. Dimensional Testing : Inside/outside micrometers Verniers, Bore Dia Gauges, Flange Micrometers etc. (All Instruments Calibrated and certified)
